• From may until october we generally prefer bookings from Saturday to Saturday.
• Arrival: apartments available from 3 pm. Departure: please vacate the apartment by 9 am.
• Rates are per apartment per night and include bed linen and final clean-up.
• 40 € surcharge for bookings of less than 3 days.
• A deposit of 2 nights per week booked is required to confirm your booking. The remaining sum can be paid in cash or cheque prior to departure.
• Cancellation fees:
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 90 days before the date of arrival, we will refund the deposit in full.
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.
• If a reservation is cancelled less than 30 days before the date of arrival, the full amount of the booking will be charged unless new tenants can be found.
• In case of late arrivals or early departures, the full amount for the boked stay will be charged.

• Please note that pets are not allowed in our apartments.
• All apartments are non-smoking!
