A young team of architects and constructors, South Tyrolean farming tradition and the unique landscape all were decisive factors in the planning and building of our dream house.

Our goal was to combine modern architecture, simple design and our love for nature while providing all modern conveniences and preserving the old farmhouse's original character, albeit in a modern key.

The farm is subtly embedded into a slightly sloping expanse of vineyards. Its flat structure, warm colours, green roof, exquisite exterior design, wide windows with stunning panoramic views of the surroundings, the quaint atmosphere of Termeno's oldneighbourhood, Bethlehem, and a myriad of other details make "Hof im Kalch" a truly unique destination.

Naturally, we made sure not only the design, but also all building materials and interior furnishings met highest quality standards. The building is classed as a category A ClimateHouse and ensures maximum comfort throughout the year.

Modern know-how, local craftsmanship and the constructors' imaginativeness gave each holiday apartment its distinctive character. The building's unique design and architecture extend to its interior spaces: soundproof walls with earthen plaster covering make for a quiet and comfortable atmosphere, all bedrooms are furnished in natural pine, etc. At "Hof im Kalch", we strive to offer our guests more than mere holiday apartments. We want to provide a home away from home.
